⁵ The proud have ^(A)hidden a trap for me, and cords;
They have spread a ^(B)net by the ^[a]wayside;
They have set ^(C)snares for me. Selah.

⁶ I ^(D)said to Yahweh, “You are my God;
^(E)Give ear, O Yahweh, to the ^(F)voice of my supplications.
⁷ O Yahweh, O Lord, ^(G)the strength of my salvation,
You have ^(H)covered my head in the day of ^[b]battle.
